Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another notification when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup by appointment only.

  • Pickup details and scheduling instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless other arrangements are made.

Local Delivery (Within 20 Miles)

We offer local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our location.

  • Delivery rates and availability will be shown at checkout or confirmed after purchase.
  • Delivery times will be coordinated directly with the customer.
  • Delivery is typically curbside or threshold delivery, unless otherwise arranged.

Extended Local Delivery (Beyond 20 Miles)

Delivery beyond 20 miles is available for an additional fee.

  • Fees are based on distance, size of the item, and delivery requirements.
  • Customers will be contacted with a delivery quote prior to scheduling.
  • Orders requiring extended delivery may experience additional transit time.

Shipping (Non-Local Orders)

For customers outside our local delivery area, shipping rates are calculated at checkout or provided by custom quote for larger furniture items.

Due to the size and nature of furniture and home décor items, some orders may ship via freight or specialized carriers. Delivery methods and timelines may vary.

Delivery Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery locations.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery personnel cannot move or assemble furniture unless explicitly stated.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery or pickup. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional fees may apply for rescheduled or redirected deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
