Yes. A 50% down payment of the final quoted price is required before we begin any custom project. This secures materials and reserves your project time.
How long do custom orders take?
Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. We’ll provide an estimated completion date during your consultation.
Where do your materials come from?
We source items from donations, local pickups, thrift stores, estate cleanouts, and community partners — always with the goal of reducing waste and saving usable materials from the landfill.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because each piece is unique and often custom-made, all sales are final.
