Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Made New Again. We stand by the quality and sustainability of our upcycled furniture and home décor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below and contact us with any questions.

1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  In their original condition with all included parts, hardware, and packaging.
  Undamaged, unused, and not altered in any way.
Custom-made, commissioned, or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale”) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrive damaged).

3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same price range when applicable.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned to Made New Again in its original condition before an exchange is processed.
If the replacement item is of a different price, we will issue a refund or require additional payment accordingly.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take care to ensure each piece is properly finished and securely packed. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
  Your order number
  Photographs of the damage
  A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. If store credit is issued, you will receive a code by email for use on future purchases.

8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.
Gift card purchases are not eligible for refunds; remaining balance will be credited back to the store credit if applicable.

9. Refunds to Original Payment Method vs. Store Credit
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
If the original method is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.

10. Policy Changes
Made New Again reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
